Assassinate The Scientist started playing together in early February, 2008, and in the short time they’ve been together the band has already shared the stage with punk-ska mainstays The Voodoo Glow Skulls and The Flaming Tsunamis. While the lyrics tell tales of lost friendship, hopeless relationships, and struggle, the band writes with an energetic, thrashy optimism that rekindles how we all felt when we first heard underground music. It’s three guys playing fun music that respects the youth and the scene they build.
